Abstain from technology use.
Are you guilty of using technology shortly before bed? Maybe you turn to your smartphone for entertainment when you can’t fall asleep. Or, perhaps you insist on checking social media before turning in for the night. Either way, your technology habit has to go. Screens emit blue light, which can interrupt your body’s internal clock and make it harder to go to sleep. If you want to release tension before bedtime, stop using technology devices at least one hour before bed.
